Same Day Dispatch
All orders paid in full by 3pm (AEST), Monday to Friday, will be dispatched on the same day guaranteed. If your order is placed outside business hours, it will be dispatched on the next business day. However, please allow 24 business hours to process your orders.

Everything is in stock
All items displayed on our website are in stock at the time of purchase. However, items will not be allocated to your order until full payment is received. To avoid items becoming “out of stock”, full payment will be urgently required.

To track your order, you don’t have to be a registered member. Click My Account > Order Tracking from the main menu, enter your Order ID and Email Address. The Order ID can be found on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Easy Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 14 day REPLACEMENT warranty for products with manufacturing faults, from the date you receive your product. It is the customer’s responsibility for the postage costs of returning the faulty product to us. Please see our Return Policy for more details.
