“My Account” in GoodSexToys is functional yet easy to use. With a GoodSexToys account, you can

–        view order history

–        view and update shipping details and

–        change your account password.

It is quick and free to create an account. We never share your details with any other companies.

No, you are not required to create an account to purchase from GoodSexToys. However, a registered member will be able to go through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more.

Wishlist is basically a way for you to save a reminder of an item you would like to purchase.

To add an item to Wishlist, just click the “Add to Wishlist” button for any item that interests you. The “Add to Wishlist” button appears under the “Add to Cart” button in the product info pages. Wishlist may be viewed at any time by clicking the “Wishlist” under the “My Account” top menu of our webpage.

To move Wishlist items to the shopping Cart, just click the “Add to Cart” in Wishlist. The item then is moved to the Cart, and removed from Wishlist.

To remove items from Wishlist, just click “Remove” in Wishlist.


We accept Stripe which is one of the safest ways to pay for your order online. You can complete the payment by using your credit or debit card.

All payments are processed via Stripe. We do not store any of your credit card details which ensure your security.

It will have “Good Stuff” as the company name on your statements. No one will be able to determine which website or company you have purchased from by looking at your transaction details.

Postage, Shipping & Delivery

No matter how many items you order, you can get them delivered anywhere in Australia for a fixed cost of just $9.90 per order! Orders are delivered discreetly via Australian Registered Post eParcel.

Best of all, for all orders of $150 or more, you’ll get free shipping Australia wide. And as always, with the same level of privacy and discretion.

All parcels are sent with Australian Registered Post eParcel, which means you can receive your order in 3 business days if you are in a metro area. If you are in one of the remote locations, then please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

All orders are sent with tracking and we will send you the tracking link to track your parcel. Please allow 6-12 hours for the status of your parcel to be updated.

To track your order, you don’t have to be a registered member. Click My Account > Order Tracking from the main menu, enter your Order ID and Email Address. The Order ID can be found on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

If you are a registered member, you can log in to your account to view the status of your order in more details.

If there is no one at home when Australia Post attempts delivery, a card will be left in your letterbox asking you to pick up the parcel from your local post office. Photo ID will be required.

Please contact us if your delivery is more than 7 business days overdue, then we will launch the formal investigation.  If we are not contacted within 28 days from the day the parcel is sent out, it is deemed delivered.
